Design Guidelines

If you are submitting a template, ensure it meets our quality standards to guarantee approval.

What Gets Approved

  • 100% Original layouts created entirely by you.
  • High-contrast, bold typography that is easy to read.
  • Creative use of Studio's shapes, gradients, and shadows.
  • Public domain images (Unsplash/Pixabay) or AI art.
  • Clean layer structures that others can easily modify.

What Gets Rejected

  • Watermarked, copyrighted, or stolen premium assets.
  • Your YouTube channel logo, handles, or your face, if the intent is to promote something.
  • Low-effort templates containing just a background and plain text.
  • Spamming the exact same design with minor color changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make sure I get my Pro reward?

You must enter the exact same Google Email address in the submission form that you use to log into 3schools Studio. Our system uses this email to securely locate your account and add your Pro days.

When will my account be upgraded?

Our curation team reviews all pending submissions and community activity every Sunday. If your template is approved, or if you are selected as a Community Champion, your account will be updated immediately.

Can I stack my Pro days?

Yes! If you submit 6 high-quality templates and all of them are approved, you will earn 30 continuous days of Pro. There is no limit to how many unique templates you can submit.

What if my template is rejected?

If a template doesn't meet our quality or copyright guidelines, it will not be approved and will not earn Pro days. We respect your effort, but we must protect the integrity of the store. Rejected files are permanently deleted.

Will every approved template be published in the Store?

Not always. We approve templates for Pro rewards if they follow the rules and show good effort. However, to keep the Store catalog premium, we only publish the absolute best, highest-performing designs publicly.
